In this one-on-one session, I tune into your energy field and allow what is most needed to come through—supporting both your physical and energetic body. After the session, we’ll take time to reflect on what was discovered and how you can integrate it moving forward. Each session is personalized, intuitive, and deeply restorative.

We will come together with a heart opening cacao ceremony. A one hour soundbath is provided to fully allow you to relax and release any tension and blockages that are stagnant in your body. Next, I tune into the energetic field of healing and allow what is needed to come through. Once the session is complete we will discuss what has been discovered.

This is your opportunity to journey with plant medicine that will allow you to experience your heart at its full capacity. I will integrate reiki and sound healing while you go inward and explore yourself in all the dimensions. We will complete our ceremony with a healthy nourishing meal and a conversation on downloads received.
Please plan for a five hour window in your day with plans to relax afterwords.

This is a program we embark on that includes a journey, a micro dosing program and integration for three months. Each week there is guidance on how to stay in alignment to your truest hearts desires. There will be physical, emotional and spiritual practices, food intake guidance and anything else that comes to need for your specific needs.
