3 Month Earth Medicine Guidance

This is a program we embark on that includes a journey, a micro dosing program and integration for three months. Each week there is guidance on how to stay in alignment to your truest hearts desires. There will be physical, emotional and spiritual practices, food intake guidance and anything else that comes to need for your specific needs.
1 Plant Healing Journey
1 Month of micro-dosing program

PLANT HEALING JOURNEY

This is your opportunity to journey with plant medicine that will allow you to experience your heart at its full capacity. I will integrate reiki and sound healing while you go inward and explore yourself in all the dimensions. We will complete our ceremony with a healthy nourishing meal and a conversation on downloads received.
Please plan for a five hour window in your day with plans to relax afterwords.

We will come together with a heart opening cacao ceremony. A one hour soundbath is provided to fully allow you to relax and release any tension and blockages that are stagnant in your body. Next, I tune into the energetic field of healing and allow what is needed to come through. Once the session is complete we will discuss what has been discovered.

This is an expressive art experience with no expectations of perfection. We will begin with a meditation and cacao, allow the private sound bath to release any tension and stagnation within the body, externalize any visuals or emotions through a writing or creative exercise. We will complete the experience with integration and a meal.

Painting Experience for Two

This is an expressive art experience with no expectations of perfection. We will begin with a meditation and cacao, allow the private sound bath to release any tension and stagnation within the body, externalize any visuals or emotions through a creative exercise. We will complete the exercise with integration.
