Take a break from the noise of everyday life and step into a calming, restorative soundbath experience designed to relax your body and clear your mind.
You’ll be guided through a meditative journey using the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. These gentle vibrations help calm the nervous system, ease stress, and support deeper rest.
The session also includes guided breathing, meditation, and intention setting to help you feel centered, refreshed, and grounded.

✨ Bring a yoga mat, blanket, or anything that will help you feel comfortable lying down.

This offering is perfect for a group experience for your next event, office team experience and all celebrations. This soundbath will offer all participants to unwind and relax as they are bathed in high vibrational sound frequencies.
The Ceremony begins with a meditation and a collective cleanse, everyone rests and allows the musical sounds to flow through their body as I offer collective reiki healing. Once that is complete we close off the ceremony with a sharing circle.

This immersive sound bath invites participants to deeply unwind through high-vibrational frequencies. We begin with a grounding meditation and cacao ceremony, followed by a gentle collective cleansing. As participants rest, I offer a soothing soundbath which immerse everyone in soothing vibrations to promote relaxation and inner peace. Followed by group Reiki healing to support energetic balance. We close with a heartfelt sharing circle to integrate the experience.

From there, we flow into an expressive art experience—no expectations, just freedom to create. The ceremony concludes with a heartfelt sharing circle, allowing space to integrate and connect.

Painting Experience for Two
3 hours @ $400.00 (price for 2 people)
This is an expressive art experience with no expectations of perfection. We will begin with a meditation and cacao, allow the private sound bath to release any tension and stagnation within the body, externalize any visuals or emotions through a creative exercise. We will complete the exercise with integration.
