Elana serves cacao to all guests who visit her home sanctuary Hawk Medicine Ranch in Joshua Tree, California as a way to welcome everyone with love, to add sacredness to their time together and to honor her land with a delicious ritual. Sitting solo with a cup of cacao is also Elana’s favorite way to drop into a gratitude meditation or to feel into the heart of her deepest desires so they may come true.
